Real Change Starts With Knowing Yourself

You may have learned to hide parts of yourself to feel safe, masking who you are to fit in or keep the peace. Over time, it’s hard to make sense of who you are.

If you’re carrying pain that doesn’t feel like yours, or find yourself stuck in patterns you can’t explain, you’re not alone. Therapy can help you reconnect with who you truly are.

This is a space to be honest, without judgment. A place to begin understanding your story—and finding freedom.

Why Work With Me

For over 14 years, I’ve supported people navigating deep emotional pain, patterns they can’t break, and trauma that often didn’t begin with them. Much of my work involves unpacking generational wounds and changing the narrative of what a person believes their life should be. We will journey together as we move forward with clarity and compassion.

I was recently diagnosed with autism and ADHD. It’s been a process to learn to integrate my past experiences and my present understanding of myself. Iit informs how I work with you - to be present and attuned to the complexity of your experience. I believe in your ability to uncover the truth of who you are. You will begin to live in authenticity and find your community. A place where you can be fully seen, heard, valued, and truly known.

How I Can Support You

Therapy with me is collaborative, thoughtful, and rooted in your unique experience. I draw from a blend of approaches—EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Systemic Family Therapy—to help you understand how your past, present and future are interconnected.

  • EMDR helps your mind and body process trauma in a way that feels manageable, so the distress doesn’t hold the same power over you.

  • IFS supports you in exploring the different parts of yourself, the ways you cope and how you have survived. You can learn to work with them instead of against them.

  • Systemic Family Therapy looks at the patterns you may have inherited, helping you see the bigger picture and shift how you relate to yourself and others.

Some sessions focus on what’s happening in the present. Others go deeper into identity, memory, or long-held beliefs. We’ll move at your pace, with care and curiosity guiding the process.
